Acquisition of our business by Heraeus Electro-Nite GmbH & Co. KG

The operational business of OCC Gesellschaft für physikalische Messtechnik und kybernetische Systeme mbH („OCC“) has been transferred to Heraeus Electro-Nite GmbH & Co. KG, Hagen („Heraeus Electro-Nite“) on 1st of January 2016.

Heraeus Electro-Nite acquired all shares in OCC on 30th of September 2015. In preparation of a merger of OCC into Heraeus Electro-Nite in spring 2016, Heraeus Electro-Nite has taken over the operational business from OCC on 1st of January 2016.

OCC Process Control & Data Handling

OCC GmbH is a competent partner for foundry technology, process data handling and measurement technique in production and laboratory since 1995. Our team of metallurgists, software developers and application engineers supports the foundry industry with innovative products and know-how.

Process Control

By implementing automatic systems to control the CGI and SG production you achieve stable metallurgy and constant mechanical properties. Production costs will be minimized by the effective usage of additions and the reduction of scrap caused by metallurgical defects.

Beside that we give individual advice on micro and macro porosities, chunky graphite, carbides and other.
